Why patients stay

Good care should feel good, too.

  • Calm visits

A gentler pace, clear explanations, and a team that listens before it treats.

  • Modern care

Thoughtful technology and current techniques, chosen for better patient experiences.

  • Clear pricing

Straight answers, transparent options, and no surprises hiding in the fine print.

“I expected a stressful appointment. I left wondering why I had waited so long.”

— Chiamaka O., Smile Right patient

Why we built booking this way

A small clinic with a busy front desk

Dr. Adaeze owns Smile Right. Blessing runs the front desk on her own — the phone, WhatsApp, walk-ins and the HMO paperwork, all at once.

Read the case study
  • One person on the front desk

Blessing answers every call and WhatsApp herself. Each “can I book?” used to take four or five messages to settle.

  • Saturdays and 4–6pm fill first

Everyone wants the slot after work or on Saturday morning. Weekday midday is usually quiet, so we tag it for you.

  • Monday mornings go missing

About 1 in 5 Monday-morning bookings used to not turn up — traffic, or simply forgetting. Reminders now go out on their own.

  • HMO questions eat the day

“Is my HMO accepted?” took ten minutes a call. Patients now flag it while booking and Blessing checks them in one batch.

Your first visit

Nothing about it will be a surprise.

Here is exactly what happens when you come to us for the first time — and how to find us when you arrive.

  1. 1

    Arrive ten minutes early

Park in the compound, sit down, have a glass of water. We'll come to you — no queueing at a counter, no clipboard ambush.

  2. 2

    We listen before we look

Tell us what's bothering you, and what you're dreading. Nobody picks up an instrument until you know what we're about to do.

  3. 3

    A gentle, unhurried check

A proper look at your teeth and gums, with each step explained as we go. Ask us to slow down or stop at any point and we will.

  4. 4

    A clear plan, in Naira

You leave knowing what you need, what it costs, and what can safely wait. Prices shown are indicative until the dentist has seen you.

  5. 5

    You decide what happens next

Nothing starts until you say so. Book the treatment there and then, take the plan home, or come back when you're ready.

Getting here

Plot 18, Aminu Kano Crescent, Wuse 2, Abuja, Nigeria

Just off Aminu Kano Crescent, a short walk from the Wuse 2 shopping strip.

  • Parking. Free parking in the compound — the gate attendant will show you where to pull in. If the compound is full, there is space along the crescent.
  • Traffic. Wuse 2 slows down between 7–9am and 4–6pm, especially around Aminu Kano Crescent. Allow an extra 15 minutes, and if traffic beats you here, WhatsApp us and we'll hold your slot.

Ask Smile Right

The questions people actually ask us.

Tap a question for a straight answer. If yours isn't here, a real person replies on WhatsApp — usually within minutes.

How much will my visit cost?
A new patient exam and cleaning starts from ₦85,000. Other treatment is confirmed after the dentist has seen you, so you're never handed a surprise bill. Prices you see while booking are indicative guidance in Naira, not a final quote.
Do you accept my HMO?
We work with several HMOs, and what's covered depends on your plan. Send us your HMO name and we'll confirm before your visit, so nothing is left to be discovered at the desk.
I'm anxious about the dentist. Is that a problem?
Not at all — most people who come to us feel some of that. Tell us when you book and we'll go slower, explain everything as we go, and stop the moment you ask. Many patients say the waiting was worse than the visit.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Book straight from your browser in about two minutes and you'll get a reference like SR-1234 to keep. You can also book by phone or WhatsApp if you'd rather talk to someone.
Where exactly are you, and is there parking?
We're at Plot 18, Aminu Kano Crescent, Wuse 2, Abuja, Nigeria, just off aminu kano crescent, a short walk from the wuse 2 shopping strip. Free parking in the compound — the gate attendant will show you where to pull in. If the compound is full, there is space along the crescent.
What if I need to change my appointment?
No wahala — call or WhatsApp us and we'll move it. Tell us as early as you can and finding you another time is easy.
